About Graeme Lynn

Graeme Lynn is one of only a handful of individuals in the world trained and certified in both the Alexander Technique and the Feldenkrais® Method. In addition, he was trained and certified under Joseph Heller, former president of the Rolf Institute, in Heller's version of Ida Rolf's structural bodywork technique and was one of only several dozen people trained by Thomas Hanna in the latter's somatic education method.

Graeme trained for three years in the Alexander Technique under a student of one of Alexander's protégés, Peter Scott; for almost two years under one of today's most renowned teachers, John Nicholls; and for two terms under a student of Yehudi Cooperman, Dan Armon.

He received his certification in the Feldenkrais Method from Elizabeth Beringer and Larry Goldfarb.

Graeme's unique and uniquely broad training in somatic education methods affords him the greatest breadth of means for facilitating improvement in function.

For more information about the methods and their benefits, please check out the articles section or international websites on the Alexander Technique, the Feldenkrais Method, Hellerwork, and Hanna Somatic Education.
